These areas build upon those mentioned in "The Process" and are among the most important topics to consider when starting any sustainable business. - Protecting the idea - Intellectual Property Rights (i.e. University projects)
- Converting technical ability into business ability – progressing from scientists to entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs to managers, and managers to CEOs
- Financing for the startup, the development, and the technology of the business (i.e. seed money, venture capital, etc.)
