Because of the potential impact that natural hazards such as hurricanes, floods, droughts, fires, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions and other natural disasters have on business continuity, the Young Americas Business Trust is looking for ways to include these topics within its multi-pronged training approach. The curriculum will be formulated on a pilot basis first through YABT’s network and Latin American and North American universities, both providing an ideal framework to offer the content developed by this project. YABT’s existing network of young entrepreneurs and small businesses would create ideal platforms for sharing the expertise and information offered by this tool.

The material will be produced in Spanish, Portuguese, and French, based on existing free resources in English.
