InnovAction Labs is a hands-on training workshop/business laboratory in which participants acquire Innovation Management skills. During the last day of the typically week-long lab, a panel composed of managers of the sponsoring organization and the National Ministry of Science and Technology will evaluate the ideas developed at the lab. This will be followed by monthly meetings of the participants at an Innovation Community of Practice club for an indefinite period of time. The Community of Practices club is fueled by the energy and momentum of its members.

A local business (or chamber of commerce) willing to invest in the training of its promising young managers and/or willing to invest corporate social responsibility funds will cover the costs of the workshop and the follow up activity.
