Micro Enterprise Development Training for Young Indigenous Women, Guatemala, July, 2009
ABOUT NEX LINKS
“Nex Links Young Entrepreneurs Follow-up Networks” is a program focused on the creation of mechanisms and tools to
support young entrepreneurs in the start up and scale up phases of business creation. Defined as a one-stop shop, Nex Links
serves as a focal point for learning and networking and will improve the level and consistency of follow-up services to young
entrepreneurs. "Nex" represents the linkages that a resource center could offer to young business leaders. It comes from the
word nex(us) meaning a connecting point. It also emphasizes a follow-up component as implied by the word nex(t). To
expand and consolidate its existing network, YABT, its national chapters and partner organizations further develop the Business
Labs' business and entrepreneurial skills training program that has proven success in the Americas. Nex Links is made
prossible thanks to the support of the Special Multilateral Fund of CIDI (FEMCIDI) and the Israel Center for International
Cooperation (MASHAV) and the Mount Carmel International Trainign Center (MCTC).
